Which is easier, a fiance visa or a spousal visa on getting into the USA?

There are so many horrible stories about spouses getting denied a visa to come to the USA. I am looking for real honest facts on this subject. I am engaged to a Moroccan man and need to know which way to go about doing everything. Do I stay in the states and file the petition for fiance visa or do I fly to Morocco and get married and then return to the states and file for a spousal visa? People are getting denied on both but which is the less likely to get denied?

Other answerer said right but its really very hard to get Tourist visa so better Show 2 years of relationship evidence and get the visa in just few days after the investigate a bit(who know may be they wont) otherwise just apply for Spousal visa...Best of luck and Congrats. |

A spousal visa is easiest. I am going through the process of obtaining a fiancee visa and it is a pain in the a$$. A tourist visa is very hard to get unless the applicant can prove beyond a doubt that they will not just stay in the US once their visa expires. |

If you and your fiance are currently in a foreign country, visit the nearest embassy or consulate and apply for a fiance visa. A spousal visa is only an option once you are legally married. The best idea if you are within the US and your future spouse is abroad is for that person to get a sponsored visitor/tourist visa and apply for the permanent visa/resident alien card once the person in on US soil. It is harder for the US government to deport a person than to deny entry. |

The easiest way is, your fiance should file for a tourist visa, visit US, & then you both get married in US & then you can file for your spouse's citizenship. The only roadblock I see is, the length of issuing US tourist visas in certain countries. |
