Who do i ring to go about obtaining a EU Passport? (in Australia)?

I have a New Zealand passport but my dad was born in Denmark, so he has a Danish passport and my mum has a NZ passport like me. i dont know if i can get dual citizenship or ill have to give up my NZ citizenship. Im 17 so i need to know how i would go about getting a passport before i turn 18 as i dont know about work visas etc and what policies their are once a person turns 18.

ive already looked up websites, but who do i actually ring in australia to talk about my options??

You'd have to speak to the Danish embassy in Canberra. You might want to talk to your dad though. It seems that the Danish embassy only does renewels of Danish passports and that is in the native language (no English there).

Nationality by birth
It is your parents' nationality which determines whether you become a Danish national by birth. Detailed provisions are provided in the Danish Nationality Act.
The Act in force at the time of your birth determines the relevant rules applicable to you:
If your natural parents were married at your birth, you acquired Danish nationality if you were born:
- before 1 January 1979 and your father is a Danish national; or
- on or after 1 January 1979 and your mother or father is a Danish national.

If your natural parents were not married at your birth, you acquired Danish nationality if:
- your mother is a Danish national, regardless of your date of birth; or
- only your father is a Danish national, and you were born in Denmark on or after 1 February 1999.

While it seems that you do have a right to Danish citizenship Denmark does not allow dual citizenship so you really want Danish citizenship think long and hard about renouncing New Zealand (third link).
