Update: Txvarmit is right -- Texas was never officially re-annexed. So I guess my question would be "Who is the Ambassador of Texas to the United States?"

Texas never officially re-entered the union after the war, so on a techinicality it can be considered its own country. It's just that no one has challenged the fact.

Texans do tend to have a huge sense of humor, so it is possible that an honorary title of Ambassador of Texas to Oklahoma has been claimed by someone, but it is not a legitimate - the title does not exist.

but when states do talk its usually on the congressional floor
its called the house and the senate go to civics class
