Why Doesnt Dv-2010 Lottry Website,Respond ?

i am filling the Dv-2010 lottery form in the dv.state.gov site ,and after using IE,-as its said is better- i choose standard application, and it comes in good speed, but after i fill all the blanks - name-country-photo-children-....and Click on CONTINUE..it just stops..and waits...for about 2 to 3 minutes ...without receiveng any bytes-no more than 100kb regular connection exchanges!-...and then the ERROR PAGE we all are familiar with!..CANNOT FIND SERVER..THE PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED...!
Why is that?!
is the Governmental Website out of order??~
ir is it just because its just 7 days Left for apllying and there are lots of people doing that at the moment!? ..
what should me and people like me do!?
applyu another time?..Forget about apllying?! ask someone abroad to apply for me?...pary to god that he applies for me..? or maybe Obama should do that for all of us?!
please...out of these jokes...tell us what should we do.

i have used both dial up and sattlite internet... as that dv site didnt respond ...i checked and saw that i could download files for upto 2megs per second...so if speed is not a problem..so what is/>

are you sure your connection is still working as you apply?
i have never heard of this.
now, it should not cause any problems because of the volume of people applying.
