Why arabs are being victimized by unfair immigration policy?

i am a muslim from the mideast happened to marry an american,had all approvals,uscis,nvc, my interview was 3 months ago at us embassy-egypt and the officer said case pending necessary administrative processing ,something later appeared to be a delay for all having muslim like names,it hurts me alot to know i am being signaled out and have to wait for months and months bcz of my identity,i love a america,but i feel america doesnt love me,how can the deads of the few effect the many,is not that what radicals want?separating us,i believe the us have to do all necessary things to protect itself but on the other hand human rights should be repected what do u think?

Well, you aren't being singled out personally. Since Muslims use many of the same names across the Muslim world, chances are if you have a relatively common name it will take longer than it would if you had a very uncommon name. If you really were being singled out as an individual or as a Muslim, we'd just say no and wouldn't bother with the clearance procedures at all. But, as you can see, we aren't doing that. It will take a while but it will happen. If the deaths of almost 3,000 people here in the US isn't a sufficient reason to be careful, then what would be?

If the human rights of you and your American spouse weren't being respected, you would have no opportunity whatever to come here. But very few people in America would actually support that. I think that says a great deal that's very positive about the US. What do you think?

Frankly, all foreign marriages are suspect, and I think you'd have plenty of Russian or South American folks claiming their group are more penalized.

The process is slow, because there are plenty of cases of fraudulent marriages.

If your name is common, then it is more likely that someone with a name close to yours was in a scam marriage and is on a watch list of names or locations that have tried to scam their way through before. It's not personal, but they aren't mind readers, and there are documented mobs that specialize in trying to get people into the US through marriage scams. And if some of those groups worked in your area, everything gets triple checked.

Some of your radical country men have chaotic views we just cant let any one in ! They hate our freedom our views our tolerance of freedom and change they wont accept change look at the mess they created are u not blind what will you do for the good of your people !!!Join arm forces !!!!!!
