Why chandigarm ambassy don,t give visa?

Why chandigar ambassy don,t give visa to old age peoples i tryed for my parents two time and no sister and brother only they r two i tryed both way visitor and permanent but they reject they say u will stay there if u visit them my parents show property that we r coming back to india not staying but i don,t know that why they r hard to give visa.with few peoples i talked but some of they say my parents they get visa eaisly and few they didn,t but from delhi embassy chandigarh embassy is more strict.and i pass my time with so diffculty i thinked if they come then little bit easy for me.i worked very hard and with lots of difficultys only get sleep 7 hours and all day and night run run.now i think i will lost my job because no i have me to help here.we fill lots of tax for sponcer parents but they reject twice they take money in chandigarh each person fee RS-/8000 each time u visit and hard to give visa.

paper are all right because i sponcer through by immgration nothing wrong some time they do many peoples have complain about chandigarh ambassy
