have money to fly is because i send her the money and for her toursit visa why they rejected her, her mom and my mom are sister and yes her mom still live in nigeria but my mom pass

The answer is simple. You sent money. That automatically brings up a flag and it will take about 6-8 months after she files for review. Plus the government is looking into the Nigerian government and their citizens because of the scams and links to terrorism. Her best bet is to file an appeal and also apply for a work visa. Most likely she will not get anything done until sometime next year. Good luck. |

Ther rejected her because she doesn't have a job in Nigeria to return to, she doesn't have direct family (like children) that would make her want to return to Nigeria, etc.
When you apply for a visa, by law, the consulate assumes you are trying to come to live in the USA and you must convince them that you are not. Since you had to send her money for airfare that's a mark that she doesn't have much money and so has even more reasons to stay in the US illegally... |
