Why doesn't the govermant run the reycle in the US?

I think that the reason people dont recycle is becuase some people have to pay for there reycles. We do i dont know if that goes for every one. I the goverment ran it it would just use the tax dollar.

I would rather it be private because taxes would have to be raised in order to fund it and the service government would provide would probably be horrible, like everything the government does.

I think people should be aware of the waste they create.
And I also think .... we should do what's right. That would be paying for our garbage OURSELVES.
