Come and live where I do( the Middle East) and see what the British Embassy charge for an officer spending three seconds putting his signature and the embassy seal to a document!
Here the Asian embassies are very cheap. |

Not fair, im in philippines and US consulate charging people 100 US dollar for the application form and in 5 minutes they will just deny you even if you have alll the requiremnts. |
