Why would you build a $700 million embassy when they will just blow it up tomorrow?

The USA builds this $700 million dollar embassy where every day buildings are blown up by suicide bombers, and we know our embassies have been blown up before this. I consider this another big waste of tax payer dollars, what do you think?

Part of the cost is for higher than average security and materials that will withstand a majority of the conditions there. What is a waste of tax payer money is when people who refuse to work get a free ride on social programs.

Hey there, contractors need the work. Special interests need their corrupt profits. Politicians need to be able to reward their contributors with contracts.
This is the American way.
Senator Everett Dirksen once said : " You take a Billion here and a Bilion there and pretty soon you're talking real money."
Today's politicians just don't give a damn how they waste our money.
And we send them right back to office.
