My wife is US citizen now. Before marriage with me she had greencard and after wedding she lived with me 3 weeks in India before coming back to US. I have never been to US. Then big misunderstandings started between us. So at the time of her Naturalization she hided our marriage from US immigration. After that, we had big verbal fights on phones and emails. We both went crazy. Out of anger, I sent all marriage evidences and my statements to US immigration USCIS and filed petition 360-I as mentally abused spouse. USCIS declined it saying I am not mentally abused as my wife was not living with me etc. Now can i file a any other petition. Or my wife is scared of losing her citizenship as she thinks if she applies for my petition, her lie will come to light. (As i told, all marriage documents etc are already sent to USCIS by me). Please give some useful advise to fix this issue. thx

Anger...can make a person do anything.....so i did.....she pissed me off.......but now divorce and moving on option ...will leave me a complete loser which will keep increasing "grduge" for her and her new man. Just come in my place and think.

ok as u have already sent all the evidences u can't do any more if she devoce u only she can be a US citizen otherwise she is an indian citizen |

i think you pretty much put all the chances behind you, by acting the way you did? sending the proof that you were married to USCIS? is not going to change anything, she may just not want to be with you any longer; and? i would not blame her......
