They will, provided there are no warnings against the individual person. I have an Iranian colleague who has travelled to Israel with no problems. Check before travel to make sure you do not need to apply in advance for a visa. Often these requirements differ by country of origin.

Israel doesn't deny people entry strictly because of their passport. They do deny entry, but Israeli law says they don't have to state why. Generally it is denied to people they feel would be "security risks," those whom they expect are coming to work or stay in the country illegally, or to people they think are trying to join families from the Soviet Union.

However, there are certain Arab countries that won't allow entry to someone who has an Israeli stamp in their passport.
