Will US Border Control expedite a US citizen coming back into the US with misdemeanor warrants in Kansas?

HIGHLY DOUBT IT. if its not a felony or yoru wanted for murder they wont expedite since it costs more to expedite than what the charges are. i went to spain last month and have a warrant in texas. i was worried about it also then i called the sherriff's dept and spoke with an officer. he said that they dont expedite little cases. but that doesnt mean they cant. so call your local police be honest and ask them the question.

Information on most misdemeanor warrants would not even be accessible to a Border Patrol agent doing a warrants search. Usually, only felony warrants are entered into the national database.

If you have been arrested for three counts of driving on suspended, though, you are probably not in misdemeanor territory any more. Third count is a felony, pal.

At the very least, have someone else drive because if you are caught on the suspended again you will get arrested just on the basis of that.

You mean extradite? No, not for a misdemeanor. But they can still detain you while they look into the matter.
