i was working in international company in Egypt and they sent me USA two time before with B1/B2 visa first one was one year and the second is 5 years and it still valid ,now i am quit from this company and i am working in other company in the emirates UAE ,and i want to visit USA ,CAN I USE THIS VISA WHICH ISSUED WHEN I WAS WORKING IN MY PREVIOUS COMPANY TO VISIT USA ?

As long as the visa is still valid, yes of course you can still travel to the USA on it. How you got the visa originally doesn't matter at all - you have it now and you can still use it.

yes, of course you can. the visa was issued for business or pleasure, and isn't tied directly to any employer. as long as the visa is valid, you can use it.
