we are going to florida in feb 11 and my 15yr daughter was caught shoplifting 4 years i am not sure if she was given a caution, as she did a scheme they had going at the time which involved a meeting at local shopping centre where she met policeman,shop owner and a counsellor discussed what she had done,was she sorry ETC, they then took mug shot and finger prints.
Now my problem is was she cautioned and do i need to apply for a full visa for our holiday?

No. A caution is not a conviction. You only need to declare convictions.

Its hardly likely to flag up at passport control, they are looking for criminals not minor crimes from juveniles from years ago. Might be saying the wrong thing here but I wouldn't mention it.
