hi good day! I am a filipina presently working in moscow, russia. I have a norwegean boyfriend and he wants me to get there ASAP.He contact an agencyy in Oslo and thhey adviced him that the easiest way to get me ther?e is tru Fiancee visa.So he decided to come with me here so we'll have the engagement. I just wanna ask what are the preparations we need to do like; do we need witnessess? any documents we need to apply first? where can we conduct the egagement ceremony? and can i immediately fly with him right after the ceremony? thank you so much.
