When my friend came to U.S she used her maiden name as the last name,now she got married and wants to adjust her status,but she changed her last name in her passport meaning she is using her husbands last name.What last name does she use when filing those papers,because in her 194 its her maiden name,her new passport she used her husband last name now which one should she use without confusion?Thanks.
