i am green card (USA) holder, since 8 months i lived in Spain, before 2 months when i went back to New York via Munich airport, Germany airport police only put a deportation stamp on my passport, theyt old me that you enter in Germany illegal, after that they released me in 10 minutes and i took my flight for New York, now after two months when i apply for a sweeden (Shengen) Visa after renew my passport a fresh copy, the embassy of sweden deny my visa application and put a refusel stamp on my passport, i want to ask the question is the germany airport police inform all the embassy of shengen state regarding my deportation?

A Schengen visa allows you to travel anywhere within the Schengen zone, so naturally if one country refuses you entry, you are not going to be given a visa by another. This sharing of immigration information extends also to the UK and Ireland who are not party to the Schengen agreement. A new passport would not fool them. The information is held electronically as are your fingerprints and photo. |

Yes. All of the Schengen countries are interconnected. The maximum you can stay in Schengen without a visa is 90 days. You overstayed and they may never let you back in. They, at least, apply consequences to illegal presence in their countries. |
