i like to petition my wife in bahrain to USA ? How long it takes ?
im a US citizen and shes a filipino citizen is theres a problem ?

pls i need info.....ASAP

no, there's no particular problem. you just have to file an I-130 immigrant petition and put her current address in Bahrain down so that once it's processed, it will be sent there so she can be interviewed there. however, it will take 6 months to a year to get it all done. if you were legally residing in Bahrain, you'd be able to file directly there. In the Gulf countries, the great majority of people being interviewed for immigrant visas are from other countries, like the Philippines, India and Pakistan, since the work force is largely foreign.
