does this statement mean the decision is positive and i am to go and collect my visa?? or could it be no and refused?? waiting for uk visa from egypt.

Yep, it sounds good to me. It would not be waiting for a courier if it were a rejection

It just means that your application is ready for collection. You can't read anymore into it than that.

UKBA would state any decision very clearly, they don't hint!

it just means they have decided
