Do you think the illegals are really going to do this? Geez thats all they would have had to do in the first place, except they would have had no fine, just application fees. So this tells you that there is a reason why they did not do these things in the first place. DUH most of them are criminals and most of them want paid under the table, and most of them will not learn english.

That may be true however you can't argue with those numbers since there were compiled from two governmental agencies and another non-governmental agency that is highly respected. Yet you DEMAND that folks believe a poll conducted by a liberal left leaning newspaper! Get real. Ever hear of a "push poll"? If not look it up. It will serve you well to have knowledge of polling. If 2/3 of Americans agreed with the proposed immigration bill, then why hasn't the bill passed yet? Please, don't jump to conclusions.

2/3 would accept it if the problem were solved going forward. Note the IF. The problem with this bill is it ignores the pain of the citizens whose schools and services are being ruined and focusses ONLY on legalization and future slave labor for business.

I don't know if this is true or not, but if it is, then we need to start doing something ourselves as citizens. They havn't asked me, or anybody that lives in my city what they think, not even in my state, so how do we know that what you are telling us is accurate data?

The government support illegal immigration that is why we don't see any bills pass to stop illegal immigration worker in US. The cooperation are working hand and hand with the government tries to get the contract for the border fence, which will cost us billion of dollar in tax. Don't worry, in the next 7 years US population should hit 500,000,000 just below India. School will be over crowed with free lunch for ii. Free health care for income below $10000/yr should be no problem for anyone makes higher good luck. Donâ€™t worry again, our government will cut social security but always should support illegal immigration.
