The baby can stay. She has to go. She is illegal. Too bad for her. I don't even think the baby should be counted as a citizen as she is here illegally. |

If you come to this country just to give birth so that you can stay here because your baby is considered an American citizen......
Then I say NO. You were trying to commit fraud on the U.S. taxpayers. Your baby could be placed in a foster home with American citizens, and you could have liberal visitation rights. You would still be responsible for providing for the baby.
You could then apply for American citizenship and take English or American Assimilation classes to put you closer to the front of the line. |

Mama goes home and takes baby with her. Mama cannot return until she has legally immigrated.
If Mama stays, she and baby risk getting separated after she gets sent home and baby can stay because baby is citizen. |

an illegal can apply for legal stay after 10 years of illegal stay,but u have to prove that u r stayed here for past 10 years,by producing bank statements,bills,salary slips etc dating back to 10 years. |
