I think morally they should be helped in a legal fashion. I think you should do what ever you can for them now untill you help them get back to Mexico. I would be scared to be in a country that my husband or wife abandoned me in. Also, it would probably be easier for them if they just went back, I know I woudn't want to be abandoned in a foreign country. |

Give her a one way ticket back. |

You have to help her get back home or apply for an emergency VISA. Keep in mind if you are perceived to be harboring or aiding her in breaking the law, you can also be prosecuted, not just her. |

You help her contact her family so you and them can arrange for her return. |

Morally, buy her and the kids Greyhound tickets back to the border and give them a little spending money to help them get home.
If the border is only a day's drive then take them yourself and give them some money to help them get home once they cross back to where they belong. |

Obviously they are in the wrong country. How did they get here anyway? Sounds like hubby didn't have a clue that the family was coming to pay a visit.
Why not report the husband? He loses the woman he's cheating on his wife with, he gets sent back to wherever he came from and then you can ask the local church to collect donations to return the family safely.
No harm done and we're rid of yet another piece of scum (the husband). The wife will be able to keep better tabs on hubby - who has probably always cheated on her. |

Help if you can. A bus ticket home is not a bad idea, she must have family back home that will be better able to hel p them then you are able to. I would try to turnin her lousy husband. |

Send her back home, best you can. Keep in mind that by aiding or harboring an an illegal, you are breaking the law. I would turn her husband in to the authorities and let them deport the both of them back to their homeland. |

Help her by turning her in. It will be the best way to get her back to her homeland. |

You really should not help them unless you are willing to risk getting in trouble also. Personally, I wouldn't do it. |

The best thing you can do is help her get home, she probably has family in her country. |

Turn them in enough of our tax dollars going to help illegals when people that are citizens need help and cannot get it She and her kids will get deported but will be fed and clothed |

To help, you would be getting yourself into a lot of trouble. See if there is a church that could intervene. She is a criminal by being here. Can you believe what she says? She is illegal, afterall and could just be looking for handouts. |

Legally, you can be guilty by association.
Morally, there are groups out there that can help them.
If she is here illegally, they can help her with paperwork and such. What kind of help does she need?
Food pantry, shouldn't require ID for help, some shelters don't either if she needs a place to live.
Check with your church. They might be able to help too.
Dont get yourself into trouble though, once you get a record a lifetime is a long time to live with something on it.

Do You wanna help her? Just help her. And a few years from now, You'll see her and her to sons marching somewhere in the USA, spitting on your flag, calling You racist, evil, f...gringo.
Help her, and when She joins La Raza and teach her kids how to hate this country and destroy this society, come back here and ask us why You feel so guilty. |

You are not legally liable for helping a person in need whether they have immigration papers or not. I don't know what state you are in but in my state, we have many programs for people in need and you can help her access those services. If she has been physically abused by her husband and he is legal, she can get a visa because of that. But it sounds like that's not really applicable. Ask her what she wants to do, help her do it if you can and advise her or find someone who can if you think she's being unrealistic.
Why would you ask this bunch of morons (save a few) anyway? |

Help them unless they are horrible people which it sounds like they are not. Or if you arent in a situation to help them just do neither and dont feel bad about it. |

You need to do what you feel is right in your heart , Helping somebody will never be a crime.
If you were stuck in the same situation , wouldn't you want somebody to help you.
