A question about america kinda i guess?

hey im only 15 but in my other question about my dream of acting and such im sure i would need to become an american citizin before i could act.how exactly would i be able to do this? (im currently living in fort mcmurray alberta canada) and i will most likely move back to ontario but i want to move to the states anyways even before i wanted to be a star

Hollywood is NOT the place that movies are made anymore. It is far more a tourist attraction than a movie making capital. A great deal of the work released in the United States is outsourced because Union Wages and rules in this country are excessive and George Bush opened the doors to the world of globalization.

If you look, however, you will discover there are rather fabulous films being made in Canada. And while you may wind up in Hollywood for a while, for one reason or another, the fact is, if you want that start, Canada's film making processes could do you a very fine job of beginning.

You don't have to have a US citizenship to act in the US, many foreign actors act in the US without having a US citizenship...

Canada and the U.S. have a good relationship. You could very simply get a work visa. You could also contact agencies that film in Canada (watch credits a lot of movies do) and find work where you are. I will say this..... stay there. People in Canada are much more friendly then here. Trust me on this.
