it say's illegal before immigration so how is it legal for them to do"ANYTHING" legally in this country

All humane venues have been explored and didn't work...so the Government should annex 1/2 mile of border from Texas to California and lay a gigantic mine field..should deter 99% of the illegal criminals entering our country...also, dealing with the drug situation..all state and local governments should lace street drugs with a deadly poison to be sold on all the street corners..if the dopers have a death wish, so be it..enough is enough...billions of dollars spent, for what?

because we as a nation have no stomach anymore. we cant turn someone away from the ER and let them bleed on the sidewalk because they climbed a fence. its about the border being left open(on purpose) and border patrol having its hands tied behind its back, out numbered and out gunned on a lawless frontier border. its a systematic culture shift in which you will have to press 2 for english.
