long story short my uncle is an immigrant, he has emigrated my grand ma but she passed away no long ago.
he is trying to emigrate my mother and she is on the proses.
she was spouse to do this thing a very long time ago but my mother is kind of well i can't say anything about my mother.
the thing is that i have being living on the us for a while already i didn't enter illegally but i stayed illegally.
i have committed 2 misdemeanors
can i be still eligible to get naturalized after my mother gets hers
also what can i do to rush my mothers proses, i was thinking on going back to mexico and make my life there but now that i see what i see is happening there i might stay even if is got to be illegally

If your uncle files a petition for your mother, that would fall in the F4 family preference category and that petition would take about 13 years before it was valid for use from the time it was filed. Your mother wouldn't be able to naturalize for at least 5 years after she entered the US and got a green card, so that would be quite a long time from now.
If you are already over 21, you could not be included on that petition, or if you were under 21 and married. So, if you are over 21 now and your mother naturalized after coming to the US, that would have no direct affect on you. Your mother could file a petition for you after she arrives in the US, an F2b if you're over 21 or an F2a if you're under, but that petition would take at least 7 years before it was valid. so, none of this is going to make any difference for you for a very long time. |
