My native in Solapur but I live in Mumbai at hostel being a student from last 4 years.
I am in Pune on weekends where I have permanent residence.
Please tell me where could I apply for passport??
Many people have confused me.
Don't add something new to my confusion.
Please suggest some confirmed answer if you know.

what's the normal place in India to get a passport legally (a street vendor doesn't count!)?
Go there and get it.
Most likely it's city hall where you're registered as a resident or the police station in that city.

So you're probably going to have to go to Pune or Solapur, and on a weekday as those offices will be closed weekends.
