Abused and victim of maybe fraud

I married last year and should apply visa for us for him come stay with me, I made a mistake not reading the rules good enough and because of that we lost 7 months and got rejected the case, I feel guilty as he lost 500dollars. This is my fault. But he blew up and abused me cruelly, saying very hurtful things, swinging back and forth several times he couldnt divorce me then he would, then not, then yes, before finally divorce with revocable divorce, meaning he could take me back if he regret. He did regret after 3 weeks only, saying he wasnt happy after he divorced as he felt love for me, but he made mistake not taking me back soon enough and iddah was over, he got shock and wanted to remarry in my country, I said yes as I still loved him. He still hurts me by making roadblocks and excuses I cant come there to see him, so we can make the process shorter, cant even come even if I have whats needed to apply, excuses with family culture stuff. I never got his affection down there and while abusing me before the divorce he threatened me with life without affection and kids, when he heard he´ll just have to lose me then, he changed his mind, all this makes me think he doesnt love me, he said he loved me the day he divorced me too. Still he claims he loves me. I have one question as I read thread by another woman here who did go through similar situation, one member who replied said that 90 days before the two years they call out for an interview so that one can report fraud if it turns out you got fooled. If one of us divorce before 2-3 years which is the time needed to stay together for him to get permanent stay, will that be enough to deport him?
