Hospitals, by law, cannot refuse to treat anyone.

If you goto a hospital and cannot afford to pay for there are ample programs that exist that will cover it of assist you in paying your bills.

The reason the average American can't afford health insurance is because the rates are so high. The rates are so high because part of what you are paying is helping pay for free medical care for illegal immigrants, welfare moms who keep popping out spawn and other wastes of space.

Your medical insurance or your medical care is more expensive every month, because the hospital need to recovery the money that they have to spend on illegals somehow.

They can't denied them the medical assistance from a direct order from our socialism government (Our king and the Congress).

They can close their facility, or suspend their medical licenses just to set up an example, so they have to arise prices to the US citizen or tax payers in order to keep the show going.

Our govt allows this situation to occur because the Dem party has sold out to la raza, especially our president La Obamba, and many in the GOP have sold out to big business who wants cheap labor. To fight this injustice; never again vote for a Dem politician.

I would like to see Congress pass a law that would allow American hospitals to sue the country of the illegal aliens that they treat. The American people shouldn't have to pay billions of dollars a year for health treatment for Mexicans.

No offense but I think the fact that tens of millions of AMERICANS are uninsured and using services is a much bigger worry. Medical bills is the number one cause of bankruptcy in the US. It is possible to wind up hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt even WITH coverage.

If your a citizen and cannot pay and at least have a job, say good buy to your credit rating. If you have no SSN number, your good to go.

Next time just say No habla ingles and tell them you illegal, free heath care.

There is a law that says nobody can be denied critical care.. You want to make it illegal for them? You'd have to let them die on the floor trying to get it..

Preventive care is not free for illegals.. They do not qualify for medicaid or other bennies that citizens get...

The reason it becomes a racial issue is because people don't look at someone of their race commiting an actual crime, such as rape, murder, theft, and so on people focus on the "crossing the border illegally" when they should be focusing on a crime that DIRECTLY injures/hurts/kills someone else, not a crime that indirectly effects them. People say "Oh, he's a mexican" and ASSUME that he is illegal when in most cases he is not. It becomes racial when because "He's a latino" he's a rapist, murder, anything but a decent human being. Because his skin color if a certain "tint" he is now a criminal which is unfortunate but true. So get your stories straight live around them and get to know them before you ASSume he's legal, illegal...whatever.Let me add something as well, it's not a matter of them "taking legal channels" If you don't have bread on the table to feed you and your family, because of bad luck, or misfortune, or an accident or what have that was in no way your fault, you would do ANYTHING to feed them. Understand other people's veiws as well before you go assuming that they don't understand your side! Get your information straight. Go live in their countries for a matter of 3 months, than you'll have a better more open mind. You'll also be able to understand them so much better! Open YOUR Mind ...Get it right kid. And lets talk about laws....why don't you focus on your breaking the laws..do you speed? Do you drink? Are you under age? Could YOU potentally harm some one with your actions? I'm tired of listening Americans complain about everything.It's true that illegals exploit that country, but what about the United States exploiting all those other countries for their own benefit. Killing hundreds of innocents for personal gain. What goes around comes around.
Also how come you never complain about illegal immigrants who DO pay taxes to the government and yet have no rights in the US(they do exist). Is that fair to them? You never hear about those cases because the media is so corrupt and Americans can't open their eyes to see anything more than their selfish needs.
I believe the United States is a great country, with many opportunities. You have to work hard to gain little, survival of the fittest is what drives America. So, technically, everything is fair game. Americans exploit each other everyday. Aren't employers, who give illegals jobs, US citizens so isn't it American employers' fault. If you want to blame someone, blame those who started the whole thing.

Personally I think nobody should be denied access to health care. Even poor countries like Cuba can afford universal health care. What is our excuse?

Of course illegal immigration is a serious problem and needs to be dealt with. But the existence of the immigration problem should do nothing to detract from the need of universal coverage for all Americans.
