American needs a birth certificate in MEXICO?

my sons girlfriend has gone to mexico without any ID or BIRTH CERTIFICATE.SHE IS AN AMERICAN how can she get back she has no family here in the US dad deceased.shes only sixteen yrs old.how is she apply for a birth certicate to get back across? she has a mother that will allow her to come back but her mother is not allowed in the USA therefore no one can come get proof for her. help

How to get in without papers..easy the place is empty all the Mexicans are in the US..

How did she get into Mexico without any ID? Her best bet is to go to the American consulate. They can help her get the proper documents.

A Birth certificate can be applied for by mail and possibly online depending upon the municipality. And you may also retain the services of someone that will assist in securing this document

She is obviously stupid and does not deserve to return. Everyone knows you need a passport or proper documentation now to go to Mexico. What is a 16 year old doing living in the US without any family anyways?

This is super weird and shady.....but any person with common sense would go to the american embassy for help
