An illegal has 4 DWI Is no facing his fifth DWI if they only deport him want he return to DUI again?

WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) - A man facing his fifth DWI in New Hanover County could also be facing deportation, according to Assistant District Attorney Jon David.

Isaias Garcia, 28, is accused of driving his SUV through the Dairy Queen off Oleander Drive earlier this month.

Police say Garcia was drunk and driving with a revoked license. He's charged with driving while impaired, driving with a revoked license, and habitual DWI charges.

David confirms that Garcia is an illegal immigrant and he says he'll be working with federal authorities to deport him.

at least he didn,t kill anyone,,yet, he,ll be back the same day if he,s deported,with a different name,obama is putting some troops on the arizona border,too little too late. when the mexican president is allowed to chide OUR president,then talk bad about taxpaying voting citizens,,what,s the real story.it has to go much deeper than just concern over civil rights?something should have been done 20 years ago .that way we won.t have to put up with this crap..thank you

I wonder how many times he's been deported before. Deportation is a joke unless we make it harder to get back in. And YES, some of the more rapid activists in CA will certainly feel he was framed by racist cops and persecuted because of his race.

Well if you're from the area, you know this is a regular occurrence with ALL races. The cops around here are pretty indiscriminate when it comes to DUIs. In the past month alone I have seen DUI arrests involving every skin color ( 2 quick example below ). Here lately, the younger affluent white kids have been huffing Dust Off and driving. I doubt supporters will flag this as racist since he actually crashed into a building. Do you really think they would let a person of another color off with a warning for driving drunk and crashing into a DQ? I could see it if they SUSPECTED him of driving drunk in order to pull him and "Check his Papers", but it is quite another thing altogether when you destroy a DQ.
