TUCSON, Ariz. - A federal jury has convicted a Mexican national of first degree murder in 2003 near Fresnal Canyon on southern Arizona's Tohono O'odham reservation.
Mexico extradited 49-year-old Victor Manuel Reza-Ramos to stand trial in the beating death of ranch caretaker Jose L. Flores.
Federal prosecutors presented evidence at a Tucson trial that showed on or about March 25, 2003, that Reza-Ramos used a metal fireplace shovel and a six-pound rock to beat the 52-year-old Flores to death.
Federal prosecutors said Reza-Ramos was an illegal immigrant who appears to have come across the Kisto Ranch while traveling north. According to testimony, the defendant inflicted 60 separate injuries on the victim, most to the head and neck.
Reza-Ramos faces life in prison, a $250,000 fine, or both when he's sentenced Aug. 30.

You do realize there are violent criminals who are citizens, also, right? Therefore we should import more? AND the percentages are much higher!
not all illegals are criminals. Of course according to the FBI over 99% commit their first felony within 30 days of their "immigration violation"! There must be 1 out of the 20 million or so that hasn't committed their first felony YET!
Contrary to popular belief illegal aliens do NOT make the money needed to live by using the money that flies out of their @sses when they sneeze! The make the money from their crimes! |
