No, because they didn't BREAK the law! They did what their protocol was needed and EXPECTED at the time. This didn't start taking off until the MEXICAN Government started to get involved! Those men SHOULD be pardoned.

Giving amnesty to drug smugglers SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN! These law enforcement agents were framed and you would KNOW that if you actually looked at the facts of the case instead of complaining about hearing too much about it.

Why do you want to make this issue go away? These men were convicted on lies, and a drug smuggler gets immunity and a free border pass. He was even caught trying to bring drugs here again and that was not allowed to be mentioned at the trial. But anything goes as long as you get your wish of open borders, right? These are only people looking for a better life. To go with your logic I suppose we should free all people in the US convicted of selling drugs. They were just trying to feed their families. And don't forget that we must prosecute the officers that were doing their jobs, if they used any violence at all in apprehending them. Or do you really think illegals deserve special rights and privileges? It seems that you do.

Were you aware that 3 jurors were coerced into changing their verdict?
Were you aware that the only testimony that has held true and constant was that of the two border patrol agents?
Everyone else's testimony has changed several times.
Were you aware that the American justice system is based on the premise that you are INNOCENT until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt?

Even the pro illegals like Dianne Feinstein are calling for an investigation.

This case stinks and anyone that can't see it is either blind or just not interested in the truth.

Yes we are all tried of it, but in order to make things right ,
it must be talked about until everyone understands just what went on.
it would be much better if the guards would send our criminals to Mexico every time and allow a good hard working Mexican that is clean and just wants a better life,

There has been injustice and the new facts and truths are emerging.They have a right to a new trial at least for the improper way the jury was run and the misinformation the foreman gave the others on the jury ,that alone is a mistrial.
I want justice .I want justice for the BP agents that were doing their job.I want that scum drug smuggler to be jailed as the criminal he is.
