Obviously they are NOT encouraging illegal entry in this article. They are only encouraging people to NOT victimize immigrants (both legal and illegal) that are already in the U.K. simply because they are immigrants.

In other words, if you're going to attack a group (physically or verbally), have a better reason.

think you might have misunderstood that a bit. it said nothing about ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT workers, just migrant workers. as in, people who have come to a different country form their home country to find work. LEGALLY.
