Haven't u heard illegals have anchor babies and do get welfare,food stamps. Is is morally right to lie and say a SS# is yours when it's not. People from Mexico seem to want to be exempt from the laws the rest of us have to obey. You failed to indiacte why very many SS#'s belonging to somebody else is considered ok forget about the person it was taken from. Why is that o.k. Why is id theft of SS# in Mexico considred moral ??

We have a friend of a friend who has 5 kids (at 23) she gets almost 700 dollars in food stamps and HUD pays her rent. Every Christmas she gets about 2 grand in gifts from the Salvation Army and because she was originally from New Orleans (ended up here looking for an Army guy) she got about 5 grand from FEMA....simply because her license said New Orleans.

My friend is constantly being asked to either watch the young lady's brood or carry her to "welfare appts". She is constantly complaining about HOW MUCH CRAP they need from her (paperwork wise). I don't CLAIM to know much about welfare or how it is received.....BUT.....I have her as a reference and she is one pissed off "well fed, rent free living" Mom of 5.

Like I said "I DON'T KNOW'.....but it seems to me it would be hard for 11 million people to "fake it".....and if so.....that doesn't say much for our Department of Human Services.

You make a good point, however I don't know where you live, I live on the Border and YES Illegals DO get U.S. government assistance, medical and dental care and they are even getting registered in our schools (all they need is proof of residency and shot records) My children cannot get a decent education in our WONDERFUL public school system because they only speak ENGLISH. And as far as us not getting enough Welfare (first of all I am not on government assistance) but I have many friends who are Hispanic (or white) single parents and citizens of this country who have lost benefits or they have been reduced because so much of the government funds are helping NON-U.S. citizens.. Please for your own sake, get informed before you ask such a foolish question. God Bless!

I am not and have never been on welfare. I resent paying for education and health care services for illegal immigrants who are here in such large numbers that our own children, who do also use the schools, and our own sick, who necessarily use our health care, don't get adequate services. Some illegals use welfare, whether with fake documents or not, I don't know. I have seen government studies on it, however.

Whereas our own poor have a right to it, the illegals are stealing it. It is the difference between my son taking food from the refrigerator and a trespasser doing it. They have no right to be here and no right to have us pay for them to use anything we have.
