Are spanish themed kid shows created to make younger generations more acceptable of illegals?

I am sure. Conspiracy abounds folks, because at the heart of the TV show is some artist (usually liberal) who is trying to change the way people see the world and some businessman trying to change his profit margins (wages for whoever is cleaning the bathrooms at the studio, more viewers, ect...)

America needs to get over their guilt complex if they want to survive. Seems 1/2 the country thinks if you are against ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS rights you are racist. How absurd!

But they are winning the war on your childrens minds I can tell you that. There is nothing worse for the younger generation than saying something that COULD be interpretated as racist. So basically, their tactic is to prevent debate altogether. Sounds alot like Nazi Germany....

I don't watch those show so I wouldn't know. I do know that TV shows really do influence kids.We used to learn values and respect from most kids shows.Nodays even kids shows are poltical.I would rather watch Tom and Jerry or Mighty Mouse.

Yes they are. Here in Houston, TX it is mandetory now for children to learn spanish, why not any other language, maybe even sign. THAT IS WRONG!!!!! My family had to learn english! Why doesn't everyone else.....oh that is right, because we are white, and this is NOT about race....right people. Europeans have to learn english in America, but Mexicans don't????

Yes,there is a lot of spanish in these shows and I don't allow my son to watch them. He will speak English and Irish(only in our home) and watch all American,English speaking childrens shows.

I think it makes illegals more comfortable here. English is the American language and any other that is used solely is just ignorant.

haha, no!! that's crazy! i think those shows teach kids spanish....because...duh, speaking a second language is GOOD! it makes your brain work in a different way, it's fun, you can travel, you can do business with other countries, it teaches kids they aren't the only people on the planet, it's fun, it's fun, and it's fun.

First of all not all Hispanics or Latinos are illegals, just so you know.
Second, no, they are not made to "make" people accept illegals, they are made to teach kids a bit (very small piece) of latinamerican culture, including some words in Spanish.
Now why Spanish and not Indian, or Chinese, or Italian?
Well, because hispanics are the largest minority group speaking a different language in the U.S. Also you because you share a border with Mexico which is a spanish speaking country, and the rest of the continent you live in called America (yes, it's a continent, amazing what you can learn on the web) also speak spanish, with the exeption being Brazil and Guyana.
Now remember this (if your little peanut can handle it):
"Not all hispanics are illegal, and not all illegals are hispanic"
