I live in Ireland, so I don't know about the English attitude.
But I like Polish people, they're hard working, really polite and they laugh if you say hello to them in Polish as I often do! [Cześć!] |
|

If you say so...
|
F**k no. I work with a lot of polish people. They are hard workers and send money back home to their families. They are lovely people. I love them. My neighbours complain that they are taking our jobs but so.........
The Irish have done that all over the world for decades and have been on the receiving end of this type of criticising, you would think we would be more tolerant but unfortunately not. |

Polish take alot of work from people
1 ) They do it for cheaper
2 ) Most the time they do a better job
3 ) They do it quicker
When you tell a polish person to build a garage they say ok.
When you tell a english worker to they create mission impossible
--------------------------------------...
They have done nothing wrong alot of them come over here in search for a better live for them and their families. |

NO. The most disliked group is the work-shy native British crowd who think wrongly that our fore-fathers worked hard to guarantee native Brits a life on benefits. |

I try not to class people as 'groups'
We've had Polish neighbours for, always been friendly |

No. The chavs are far worse. At least a Pole can be persuaded to work. |

There's loads of bad comments about lots of different groups on here. Don't take it to heart. I know lots of people, myself included who have a lot of respect for the polish. You are thought of as hard-working. |

Nope. I think personally that the Poles are hard working and, in the case of the lass at my work with the unpronounceable surname, absolutely gorgeous.
Like all people, there are good Poles and criminal Poles. But in my experience, Scotland has got a batch of the best.
Trouble is, friend, websites like this are where the bigots shout loudest, and you are probably right about the bad remarks. But the bigots aren't the majority, they're just the loudest. |

The Polish get a lot of stick as they take our jobs and women!! BUT. For me it is not personal. I have polish neighbours and they are rowdy, but,....most English are 10x worse!! |

No ignore the stupid remarks, it's just ignorance and jealousy. The fact that Poles work hard and are making a success of their lives when people who have lived here all their lives are too lazy to do anything even remotely approaching hard work is what is annoying people! |

Absolutely not they are both liked and respected by everyone |

No my Mum and Dad work with A few Polish people in their Works restaraunt and they are hard working really fun likeable people, nothing wrong with them at all |

No, the most dislikeable group living in the UK are the benefit hungry workshy British yobs who complain loudest about 'immigrents wot com ere an nick all our jobs' - the same jobs as none of the bugg3rs has shown a blind bit of interest in getting for themselves.... They're the biggest problem (and national disgrace). the Poles are cool, and you can now get decent lager in most corner shops... |

I have no problem at all with Polish people, they are hard working . Usually very nice people. |

No way. The sponging natives are a lot worse. |

No, they are friendly and hard working and I've always enjoyed spending time with them. I don't know how the Polish infrastructure would cope with 1 million Brits arriving in Warsaw though! |

No, the racists who claim things like that are the most dislikeable of all groups living in UK. |

I like young Poles (and it's more or less just young ones) that you get here : hard working, cheerful and friendly. Polish women sure are attractive too.
Much better than the work shy chavs. |

Here in Ireland they get on fine because they're a lot like the Irish.Catholic, hard working and mix well. The Irish have been in their position so are quite accepting of anyone who comes here to work.My sons two best friends have both just become engaged to Polish girls . |

Not at all! I have a couple of Polish girls working with me and they are always pleasant and polite as well as intelligent! |

Not at all, I would say in my experience that you are the most liked of the immigrant new comers. Like most Brits (workers are still the majority) you are hard working, you have a culture similar to ours though much poorer, you have a Christian background, you wish to assimilate not segregate, Add to this that we owe you a debt of gratitude for your contributions during WW2. There are some immigrants that we would prefer not to have in this country, unfortunately we tend to lump them altogether, if you asked most individuals you would find that we have no argument with Polish people. Welcome to my country! x |

No, Poles are probably the most likeable immigrants. They are hard working and polite.
And this is coming from a Brit who is married to an Albanian lol. |

No, I've worked with lots of Poles, all lovely hard-working people! |

No the majority of polish immigrants come here to the uk to actually work.
in my opinion the most dislikeable are somalians
no work ethic no morals just come over here get benefits spread TB by spitting on everything they can and talk to loudly. |

there is nothing wrong with polish people, they are very polite and they work hard for their life here. Many people have slated that they don't like polish people and i think that is racist and very untrue, the english people can't moan that they've no job as the english are to blame for having no job.
The polish are very welcome in this country just like everybody else is.
