If there are any, can you please provide PROOF that they are indeed racist? We continuously see some names blasted in this section over and over, but just because a group likes to help out the Hispanic community in strengthening America, doesn't make them a racist organization.
So what groups out there are considered racist? and why(proof)?

I do not know of any. The only ones I know of are the KKK and skin heads but I don't think they are Hispanic.

Since being Hispanic is not a race, there are not racist Hispanic groups. However, there are plenty of Hispanics Supremacist groups starting with NCLR, MECHA and MALDEF.
