That would depend on what you mean by rejected, among other things. If you were simply rejected for a tourist visa, then that's no particular problem, unless there was some serious reason beyond the fact they thought you were an intending immigrant. The green card lottery is for immigrant visas after all. Of course, it's too late to register in next year's program. that ended in December. It won't reopen again until next October. any site that tells you otherwise is simply lying. |

If you have not corrected whatever you were rejected from for the last time you applied, if you are chosen again, you would be rejected again. |

Anyway,
No "risks" but should you be seleced your previous "rejecteion" is part of your permanent record so, I guess at all depends on why you were "rejected" the first time as to whether it'll be granted this time. |

If you were rejected, it is for a reason. and if that reason is REASONNABLE or the immigration service, and nothing hasn't change in you life... like more educated, or made more money or business oriented, or any goal like this, you will be again rejected !
if your goal is only to emigrate without specific goal... forget it... America is made of multiracial people who had a goal...because this is the country of all opportunity... just don't plan to go your hand in your pocket thinking america is the land over the rainbow !!! and dollars fall of the trees ! |

If you were rejected once there was obviously a reason why that happened. Stay in your own country. |
