Native Americans had no laws so no they could not grant Amnesty because Amnesty didn't' exist.
I looked up immigrant in the dictionary, and yep, not an immigrants, You have to be a total uneducated moron to think all Americans are immigrants.

No Native Americans cannot impose amnesty. They are not a government or judicial branch. They are US citizens like myself. My ancestor arrived in the 1600s legally for that time, I have native american ancestry & if I could I would impose the wrath of hell to illegal aliens. Do it right the first time or go back to your own country. |
