Justice IS revenge, The only difference is that it is done in the name of a few (Judge and Jury) rather than by the masses.
Where the problem now lies, is that the masses have no precedence or influence over the "few".
What the "common man" believes to be justice does not permeate into the brains of academics who have no perception of the life of the "common people".
Hence why white collar theft is allowed to flourish, corrupt politicians can do as they please yet we are fined for placing the wrong rubbish in the wrong bin!!!
I digress, my memory tells me that this particular case has been going on for blooming years.
If there is definitive proof that this individual committed said offences, where is the need for deportation?
Murder is murder in any society in the world, even the most corrupt have some rule of law.

As to his family..... I firmly believe that the sins of the Fathers should not be borne by the Sons, however, this family needs to accept the fact that they were not there, they are not credible witnesses as to what happened.
There are many who have given witness as to Demjanjuk's inhumanity, his need for self survival at the expense of his fellow man.
Difficult as it might be for his family, they have to accept this.
Age is no barrier to justice, we are old only in body. It is what our minds and souls do that determines what justice and right is.
Given the evidence, I would have him put down like a rabid dog, given the history I would shoot those who gave him succour the first bullet.

Why did this individual evade justice?
The "Nuremburg Trials" were a fiasco, a concoction of European monoliths who highjacked "Nationalism" as the enemy, no longer would pride in your country and culture be accepted.
