I heard a story of an American marrying a foreigner. Everything was well, she was sweet, etc. When she got her papers she left him. The American man was so angry he reported the case to the INS, then. The woman was stripped of her papers. Rightly so. Actions like this should not go unpunished.

I just divorced a scam artist illegal alien who is also a pathological liar, theif, abuser and general philanderer. So sad, we have a 5 year child. I had a restraining order for the domestic violence. He did not pay for his childs birth, or any child support did not see the child for nearly 1 year, now he wants joint custody? he was just caught by the IRS for identity theft of a ss#, drives without a license, seems to get away with everything, if it were you or me we would be in jail! Not him though, like a slippery fish, Why is there no justice? Why do the courts give them so many rights, he breaks the law and gets a slap on the wrist while American women, citizens who do not have a criminal record are caught up in the legal system fighting to protect their children from these monsters who prey on women for economic, social gain. What can be done? I believe he should be deported! he has a felony and now more criminal marks against him?! My lawyer says I will have to share custody with him! What!!!!!!
