B2 visa question for my friend?

My friend wants to apply for a B2 tourist visa to the US along with his wife. He has got a kid a year and a half old. They will not be applying for the kid, as they wanna go on a late honeymoon. Is it going to be a positive point for them to tell at the time of interview that they have a kid and wanna leave them in their home country along with their grandparents? or else ??

Many people abandon their children, so that's not any real advantage. Better to have a good job to come back to after their honeymoon. A well-planned itinerary and the money to "do it up" since this is an important celebration for them - perhaps reservations at a terrific resort in the honeymoon suite. Round-trip tickets, ground transportation, etc. The main things are proving they feel compelled to return home after their nice vacation, have jobs, home, etc, to return to as well as family. |
