i have a couple questions about moving to Canada. first question do i have to apply for some sort of visa to be eligible to work there and if so how do i do that? second question would any certifications i obtain in america be accepted there? thanks for your help

you would have to apply and qualify to become a permanent resident then after living as a resident for 3 years you can apply to be a citizen

They do not really crack down on illegal immigrants, but becoming a citizen is tough unless you're worth a lot, highly educated, or are in a profession that they are having trouble filling with nationals.
