it takes to long to get it fix so I was wondering if I could apply with the mispelled green card

I am not sure about the legal aspect of it, but if you go ahead and apply for citizenship with your green card - once citizenship is granted and you are called to take the oath, the authorities give you the option of changing your name if you want; you can change your name to the correct spelling then!
