Actually I want to go to Australia to train at a tennis academy in brisbane for 1 y'r. I am not going there to study at a educational institute so can I apply for a student visa to Australia if not which visa shall I apply for.Thanks

As I've answered before, you can apply for a student visa if the tennis academy is registered as a CRICOS education provider and if the course is full time. If one or both of those requirements is not met, your only alternative is a tourist visa. There are no other options.
