Im a singiel parent looking for 16h job, Ive been working for 12 months for one emoloyer, and i have got Home Office, later I did change job, in started 30 days (when i did leave previous job) and ive been working for 2 yeras, but i didnt register my new job in Home Office, i was peying tax I.N Please help me find the answer thanks

If you an EU citizen, u dont need to apply any PR in UK. If you one of those new EU countries (added to EU in May 2004) then 12 months registration rule applies. If u have fulfilled that 12 months rule, then u don't need to register to home office anymore. Just simply work where-ever u want.
If if doubt, you can apply for residence permit (card) in home office, and they will give u 5 years residence card, if u are in possession of that card, it is proof that u dont require to register with home office for any further jobs, as some employers may still want u to register (due to lack of information).
