Since they are the ones living and ruling in most of Central and South America.... you most certainly may....

As for North America.... the blame must first be placed on Congress and our presidents.... they ones who refused and still refuse to take action to immediately stop the invasion of illegal aliens... oh, yeah.... the fence..... won't do much.... not with out ARMED troops.... and why isn't there a 5 year prison term with no parole and a $250,000 fine for those who employ illegal aliens..... corruption is the answer.

Yes and No, I am from Central America, and I can say this, the US's foreign Policy is one of the biggest reason lot's of those areas are screwed up, just like they do in the Middle East. Since it's either our way, or the highway type of deal, and if you don't like it, economic sanctions, and maybe we'll give you some aid if it gets real bad.

Then, there are the people in Central and South America, that should also blame themselves for just sitting there and letting all of this happen to themselves, and go running to the US instead and working illegally. I've seen some of my family in Central America, and they are so old fashion, that they don't even know how to use a computer and could care less, and believe in having lot's of kids so when they get old, they can be taken care of. While a few do try, it's almost impossible, because every thing that happens in that country is based on the US. Their Currency, Trade, etc...

Instead of depending on Agriculture alot, and the US, they could educate the public better, help the poor, orientate their economy more on Service and Technology, so they don't depend on how the weather is, and if their crops will come out good.

Also, get better leaders in there, most of them that I have seen just side with what the US Government tells them, and don't really do much for the people and economy. Also, work with their neighbours more, trade more like, ideas, technology, services.

As you can see, I can go on all day, but it would be to much, and still wouldn't cover the question. It's partly the US' Policy, but also their leaders, and their attitude. Still living partly in the past, and not making much changes to their country to make it work in their favour.

You put the blame where it belongs. The people, the citizens, the indigents, the everyday joe are not to blame for screwed up nations. Unless, of course, the nation has a first rate educational system and turns out citizens that don't vote, don't read, don't listen and tune out. Then, those specific people are part of the problem and are to be singled out. It is the politicians, the rich who take but don't give back, the heads of state, the perpetrators of crimes against mankind (drug dealers/manufacturers at top level, gang leadership, religious quacks using people, dictators, crime lords, etc) who are to blame because the buck stops with them.
Yes, you can blame the perpetrators but know what you are talking about. And don't take criticism from within the country toward you/your race/culture from Activists with agendas that know no reason. And don't ask us what you can or cannot do. You know, you went to school and you read and you think and you listen to talk radio, etc. etc.
You are referring to the illegal alien invasion from down South. Yes, the invasion is using our resources, dumbing down our culture and will end in the destruction of the United States. But, it is not the "Latinos," it is their politicians, leaders and Activists who are using them for their own gain. You need to see the bigger picture: We are in this "war" to save our country and our way of life. That has NOTHING to do with LEGAL immigration. My grandparents came from Norway through Ellis Island. If it doesn't have the word LEGAL in front of immigration/aliens or their variations, it is Illegal and it is stopped by whatever means necessary.
Finally, we can blame our politicians, most of whom just give in to whatever group screams the loudest because they want re-election for the perks. Just for the perks, most of them have been selling out Americans and America. Make them pay the price at election time Americans.

I know one thing, they're making it better where i live. They keep up their lawns and fix their homes. they're quiet unless it's cinco de mayo, then all hell breaks loose and they do the jobs you're too lazy to do. I'm Latino, i don't blame you for anything.
