You should contact a family law attorney and file for divorce. There is nothing you can do to "deport" him as you do not have that authority. Further, he has not done anything that would make him a "removable alien," at least not until his visa has ran out more than 180 days. As far as the law is concern, he is perfectly legal.
the best way to get separated from him would be to file for a divorce. However, he would not be qualified for any public benefits as you are his financial sponsor, or whoever that person may be. However, the contract is between you and the government, not between you and him. Contractually, you may not have to provide him anything. Contact your divorce attorneys. |

I `ve already called few administration offices (immigration too) and this is very though to get any information because the operator does not know where switch you to . Even you would be lucky then they want to get rid of you immediately and say you need to call another department and finally nobody's there.... such a mess |

I think that's really mean!... Just leave him. Just go away with your daughter. Or tell him to leave your house and maybe eventually he'll get caught by the law. But don't be mean and send him back to his country. |
