The process for my I-130 is taking to long and from what I hear even after they approve it, we still have to wait for my husband to get his visa. I'm a US citizen living in the US and my husband is currently living in Argentina. We are desperate, we want to be together! And I don't think we can wait another year, I have submitted my papers in July 08. Is there anyway I can move to Argentina with him while we wait for his papers to come through? And if I can move, what do I do with all my bills and car? I need help! I miss my husband!!!

You need professional help. You will need an experienced attorney who has consular processing experience to hlep you file a K-3 visa, which is what you should have done from the beginning. Filing it now would save your husband valuable time; but had you done it earlier, he would have been here already.

A K-3 visa is a spouse nonimmigrant visa that would allow your husband to be in the U.S. while waiting for his green card application. because the background check and the waiting period, due to back-log, can take up to 2 years or more, having a K-3 approved for the spouse to come to the U.S. would save 1-2 years. Again, please contact an experienced U.S. immigration attorney for assistance. many foreign nationals file fraud I-130 and K-3 applications; and therefore, the USCIS and the U.S. Consular offices are very suspicious of all K and I-130 applications.
